Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-13If an order fails or cannot be fulfilled, the payment is reviewed and the amount is returned according to payment status and method. A successfully fulfilled digital order is not automatically refundable for a change of mind, but fulfillment errors or documented issues are reviewed through support. Refund status is shown on the order when recorded.
